The main partners of the project are the ministries and institutions in charge of livestock in the four member countries (ITC in The Gambia, IRAG in Guinea, IER in Mali and ISRA in Senegal), the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) based in Nairobi, Kenya, the International Center for Livestock Research and Development in Subhumid Zones (CIRDES), based in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso and FAO.
